Description
Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je dodávka (pořízení) zařízení pro řešení koncentračních a izotopových poměrů mnoha chemických prvků v široké škále vzorkových médií až po extrémně nízké detekční limity a široké koncentrační rozsahy. Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena na části, a to na 2 části: a) Část 1: Přístroj hmotnostní spektrometrie s indukčně vázaným plazmatem b) Část 2: Excimerový laserový systém Předmětem 1. části je dodávka hmotnostního spektrometru s vysokým rozlišením pro elementární a izotopová měření pomocí iontového čítače. Předmětem 2. části je dodávka 193 nm ArF excimerového laserového systému pro geoaplikace ve spojení s ICP-MS s vysokým rozlišením.
