Description

KS is the municipalities' interest organisation, development partner and the country's largest public employer organisation. KS is working to ensure that members have the greatest possible scope of action, within the limits set by law. This means, in practice, i.a. working for minor government management of municipalities and counties. The purpose of this announcement is to understand more about what arguments the legislature uses when choosing between different means to govern the municipalities. KS would also like to gain more knowledge about how governance through legislation turns out. KS would like tenders for a three-part R&D project: Part I - Professional arguments for and against the use of legislation as a means in part I of the project, a more detailed presentation of professional arguments for and against the use of legislation as a means of management and the basis for them shall be given.
