Description
Het doel van dit inkooptraject is het contracteren van één Opdrachtnemer (intermediair) voor de gehele RDW die faciliteert in het boeken van hotel- en vergader-/evenementenaccommodaties binnen Nederland. Dit omvat in ieder geval het volledige proces van zoeken, boeken, betalen, rapporteren en factureren van hotelovernachtingen en externe vergader-/ evenementenlocaties binnen Nederland. De doelstellingen voor deze dienstverlening zijn als volgt: • Gebruiksvriendelijke online boekingsomgeving; • Proactieve communicatie vanuit de intermediair; • Efficiënte en doelmatige afhandeling van het administratieve proces tot en met de facturatie; • Overzichtelijke rapportages en managementinformatie.
