Description
Hoonestatud kinnisasjade hindamine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele (Lisa 1). Töö tähtaeg: 2 kuud alates hankelepingu jõustumisest. Tööd võib teostada ja esitada osadena. Samas piirkonnas (Ida-Viru) lisanduda kinnistuid, mida on vaja hinnata või tehnilises kirjelduses toodud kinnistute hindamise vajadus võib ära langeda. Lepingu mahu muutumisel vormistatakse lepingu muudatus.
