Description
De Aanbestedende dienst heeft een bestaande overeenkomst (Canon) voor haar huidige onderhoud & support (O&S) t.b.v. de Hoog Volume Print (HVP)-omgeving. Deze overeenkomst loopt per 31 december 2025 ten einde. De HVP-omgeving is echter nog niet technisch afgeschreven, mede door goed onderhoud alsmede de technische kwaliteit van de HVP-omgeving zelf. De Belastingdienst heeft zodoende aanleiding om het O&S op de HVP-omgeving te vernieuwen met inbegrip van Consultancy en levering van gecertificeerde verbruiksartikelen zoals inkt en schoonmaakmiddelen.
