Die Lose „Holz-Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion“ und „Holzfenster und -türen sowie Sonnenschutz“ beinhalten die Arbeiten an einem Neubau mit Tagesklinik, Psychiatrischer Institutsambulanz sowie 2 Sektorstationen mit 3 Vollgeschossen und einer Teilunterkellerung. Der Neubau hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 49,50 x 40,35 m im Erdgeschoss, 38,00 x 42,60m in den beiden Obergeschossen, sowie eine Attikahöhe des Hauptdaches von 11,70 m über OK Gelände.
