Description
Aufgrund des neuen Bauprogramms zur Erhöhung der Hamburger HWS-Anlagen wird die Kompensation von Eingriffen in Natur und Landschaft erforderlich. Um den Gesamtkompensationsbedarf abdecken zu können, ist die Umsetzung der Deicherhöhung und Deichrückverlegung des Moorwerder Hauptdeiches sowie die Entwicklung tidebeeinflusster Vorlandbiotope im Gebiet Ellerholz als Ökokontomaßnahme geplant. Planung Deichrückverlegung (Länge bis ca. 1,5 km), Vorlandgestaltung (bis ca. 20 ha) zur Entwicklung hochwertiger Tidebiotope. Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke Lph. 1- 6 gemäß § 41 - 44 HOAI; Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen Lph. 3- 6 gemäß § 45 - 48 HOAI.
