Am Standort HMT Rostock entsteht ein viergeschössiger Erweiterungsbau. Für diesen sind 4 Anlangen (Allgemein 10.000m³/h, Probebühne 7.000m³/h, WCs und innenliegende Räume 3.000m³/h, Küche und Mensa 10.800m³/h) vorgesehen. Durch die Nutzungsart und die Nachbarbebauung sind sehr hohe Ansprüche an die Ausführung, insbesonder hinsichtlich Schallübertragungen, umzusetzen.
