Description
Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) kilpailuttaa hissien ja nosto-ovien tarkastuspalvelut tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Varsinainen sopimus on voimassa kaksi (2) vuotta sopimuskauden alkamispäivästä lukien. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) kerrallaan yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiolla varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymisestä lukien. Sopimuksen sisältö selviää tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liiteasiakirjoista. Hankinta on jaettu viiteen (5) osa-alueeseen. Osa-alue 1, Etelä Osa-alue 2, Itä Osa-alue 3, Pohjoinen Osa-alue 4, Länsi Osa-alue 5, Erityisasunnot Tarjoaja voi halutessaan tarjota kaikkia osia.
