Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Toimitilojen (jäljempänä "Hankintayksikkö" tai "Tilaaja") hallinnoimien kiinteistöjen hissien huoltopalvelut. Hankittavat hissihuoltopalvelut on tarkemmin kuvattuna tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 2 Hissien huoltopalvelut. Huollettavat hissit on lueteltuna liitteellä 5 Hissiluettelo. Sopimus tehdään yhden (1) palveluntuottajan kanssa. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena kaksi (2) vuotta, minkä jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankintasopimus ei sisällä Tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta, eikä tuota valitulle palveluntuottajalle yksinoikeutta hankinnan kohteena olevien palveluiden tuottamiseen Tilaajalle.
Award criteria
- Price — Tarjoajan tulee ladata liite 6 Tarjouslomake täytettynä liitteessä annettujen ohjeiden mukaisesti. Tarjousten hintavertailu suoritetaan liitteelle muodostuvan vertailuhinnan perusteella.
