Description
The Agency for Waste management and recycling (REG) needs to hire a gas powered container vehicle that shall be used to drive garden waste for nine months. REG has received an offer from Volvo Rental for the hire of such a vehicle but did not receive other offers despite requests. REG intends to enter into a contract with Volvo Rental, but intends to allow other suppliers to intervene if they can offer equivalent cars for rent over the next nine months.
