Description
Het Kenniscentrum Wapens & Munitie (KCW&M) en dan specifiek het bureau Meettechniek had behoefte aan een nieuwe highspeed camera. De benodigde Highspeed camera moet aansluiten en compatible zijn met de huidige aanwezige kennis, software en apparatuur. Daarnaast moet de highspeed camera een hoge meetsnelheid hebben, met hoge framerate, die voldoen aan de benodigde parameters. Op dit moment is er op de markt geen alternatief wat aansluit op de aanwezige kennis, software, apparatuur en benodigde prestatie. Als gevolg is gekozen voor art. 2.32 lid 1b tehnische/artisitke redenen of bescherming van uitsluitende rechten om rechtstreeks bij de enige Nederlande importeur de Highspeed camera aan te schaffen.
