Description

Helen Ltd ("The Client" or "The Contracting unit") aims to be carbon neutral energy company by 2030. In order to achieve its carbon neutrality targets, Helen is currently seeking to increase non-combustion-based energy solutions for its energy production. In this procurement The Contracting unit is seeking 1-3 suppliers for high voltage main transformers, preliminary to two different production locations in Helsinki area, Finland, as described in this EU Procurement Notification and its Annexes. The main driver for electrode boiler investments is to increase the capacity of non-fossil-based district heat production. The Contracting unit will make a separate project execution decision for .for Hanasaari and Patola projects. Hanasaari project consist two main transformers (A1, and A2) which shall have identical technical characteristics. Patola project consist one (1) main transformer that have its own technical characteristics.
