Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation (Inbetriebnahme) und Einweisung eines state-of-the-art Oberflächenanalysesystem. Es soll Untersuchungen der chemischen Zusammensetzung sowie der elektronischen Struktur von Festkörpern mittels Photoemissionspekt-roskopie, Auger-Elektronenspektroskopie und inverser Photoelektronenspektroskopie mit unter-schiedlicher Oberflächensensitivität sowie hoher lateraler Auflösung und Energieauflösung ermöglichen. Bei dem angebotenen Gerät hat es sich zwingend um CE-Zertifiziertes Neugeräte zu handeln (Näheres dazu unter Kapitel 2).
