Description

The Leiden Academic Centre for Drugs Research (LACDR) is developing rapid metabolomics, lipidomics and exposomics measurements of blood and other biological samples. LACDR wants to analyse metabolites, lipids and small molecules quantitatively with a good dynamic range and at the same identify or confirm the identity of detected features. To expand our analytical capacity, LACDR requires an additional High-Resolution Mass Spectrometer. This system must seamlessly integrate into our existing analysis workflows, support our established analytical methods, and provide results comparable to those from our current systems. Additionally, compatibility with our in-house developed software is essential. This publication is to indicate our intention to award the contract to AB Sciex Netherlands because of technical reasons set out in the publication and attached document. If no representations are received within 20 days after out voluntary ex ante publication, the contract will be awarded.  The LACDR is part of the Faculty of Science of Leiden University.
