Description
Es wird ein konfokales High Content Screening(HCS) System inklusive Live Cell Imaging System benötigt, welches automatisiert Bilder in Mikrotiterplatten (96 und 384 well Platten) mit zwei hochauflösenden Kameras synchron aufnimmt, um eine hohe Geschwindigkeit zu ermöglichen. Dies ist notwendig, um größere Mengen an chemischen Molekülen im Hochdurchsatz zu testen (screenen). Die daraus gewonnen Bilder müssen anschließend mit einer Bildanalyse-Software inkl. Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) automatisch analysiert werden. Dazu ist eine professionelle und höchst fortschrittliche HCS-Analyse/Auswerte-Software nötig. Für die Bildakquisition werden unterschiedliche Objektive, mehrere Anregungslaser und Emissionsfilter benötigt.
