Description
Zur Ausschreibung kommt ein High-Content-Imaging-System, das eine automatisierte Mikroskopie und hochentwickelte Bildanalyse in einem System vereint. Mit diesem System soll die Pathophysiologie von verschiedenen Erkrankungen aufgeklärt werden. Dafür spielen morphologische sowie funktionelle Untersuchungen an Zellen eine wichtige Rolle, wozu hochauflösende bildgebende Verfahren benötigt werden. Aufgrund der oft hohen Variabilität zwischen einzelnen Zellen sind große Stichproben für eine valide Auswertung nötig. Die Aufnahmen und Analyse dieser großen Datenmengen werden mithilfe eines High-Content-Imaging-Systems wesentlich erleichtert und erst möglich gemacht.
