Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op het verzorgen van Militaire Beroepsopleidingen Basis+ & Specialisatie Opleiding (CLAS). Onder deze aanbesteding vallen de opleidingen van de volgende CLAS (sub)eenheden: Koninklijke Militaire School, Opleidings- en Trainingscentrum Manoeuvre, Opleidings- en Trainingscentrum Genie, KCT, Opleidings- en Trainingscentrum Logistiek, Land Warfare Centrum, Civiel Militair samenwerking Commando, Phoenix compagnie, Command & control Ondersteunings Commando en de ST CLAS.
