Description
De Concessie bestaat uit meerdere onderdelen (≠ percelen!): (1) Het ontwerp, de realisatie, de financiering, het onderhoud en de exploitatie / het beheer van de productie-installatie voor duurzame warmte; (2) Het ontwerp, de realisatie, de financiering, het onderhoud en de exploitatie / het beheer van het warmtenet (incl. het aansluiten van Afnemers op het warmtenet); (3) De levering en verkoop van warmte aan de individuele eindgebruikers op het warmtenet; (4) Het desgevallend aansluitklaar maken van het patrimonium. Minstens een deel van de gebouwen dient ingrepen te ondergaan, gaande van kleine aanpassingen tot grotere renovaties (zie ook artikel 2.1.3 van de Projectdefinitie zoals gevoegd in Bijlage 6 van onderhavige Selectieleidraad). Dit onderdeel zal verder voorwerp uitmaken van de Dialoogfase. Het exploitatierisico wordt aldus door de Concessiehouder gedragen.
