Description
TenneT beoogt een overeenkomst voor de beschikbaarheid van een Herstelvoorziening (blackstart) in Midden Nederland (Provincies: Noord Holland, Flevoland, Gelderland, Utrecht) te sluiten voor de periode 2028 - 2036, plus eventuele optiejaren. De herstelvoorziening dient minimaal te voldoen aan de criteria zoals gesteld in Netcode Bijlage 5.
