Description
Dit betreft een vervolgprocedure van TenderNed-kenmerk 603941. De opdracht betreft de herinrichting en uitbreiding van de locatie Dar NV aan de Kanaalstraat te Nijmegen en omvat in hoofdzaak de volgende zaken: - het slopen van de bestaande stallingsruimte voor voertuigen en de wasplaatsen; - het saneren van de bodem; - het aanpassen van het bestaande facilitair centrum; - het nieuw bouwen van een stallingsruimte voor voertuigen, de winterstalling vier voertuigwasplaatsen; - het vergroten en het aanpassen van het huidige kantoorgebouw; - de herinrichting terrein, de realisatie van het laadplein en het verplaatsen van de op & overslag. De opdracht verdeeld in de volgende percelen: - Perceel 1 Bouwkundige werken (P1 Bouw) - Perceel 2 Elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties (P2 E&W) - Perceel 3 Civiele werkzaamheden (P3 Civiel) De geraamde opdrachtwaarde voor de gehele opdracht bedraagt € 19,6 mln. excl. btw, verdeeld over 4 percelen.
