Description
Gemeente Apeldoorn is voornemens om, in samenwerking met de VNOG (Veiligheidsregio Noord- en Oost-Gelderland) een nieuwe brandweerkazerne inclusief hoofdkantoor te realiseren ten behoeve van de herhuisvesting van de Brandweer-VNOG. Onderhavige aanbesteding betreft de Opdracht “Bouwkundige werkzaamheden” t.b.v. realisatie van het Project Herhuisvesting Brandweer/ Veiligheidsregio Noord- en Oost Gelderland (VNOG) te Apeldoorn. In grote lijn zal het totaal van de nieuwbouw (circa 14.200 m² BVO) bestaan uit de volgende gebouwdelen: - Voertuigstalling , uitrukremise circa 3.300 m² BVO - Werkplaatsen circa 2.000 m² BVO - Instructie- en oefenruimtes circa 800 m² BVO - Kazernering circa 1.600 m² BVO - Sport circa 1.300 m² BVO - Kantoor circa 3.700 m² BVO - Uitbreiding (casco kantoor) circa 1.500 m² BVO
