Description
Conform de leidraad (paragraaf 5.4.2) van de Europese openbare aanbesteding Beheerdiensten speciale tijdelijke huisvesting vermeldt NCG hierbij soortgelijke beheerdiensten voor 134 gelijksoortige tijdelijke woningen met een contractwaarde van circa € 12.500.000,- exclusief btw via de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking onder de reikwijdte van deze raamovereenkomst inclusief verlenging te brengen. Het besluit is genomen binnen drie (3) jaar na de gunning van de onderhavige overheidsopdracht. Een en ander overeenkomstig artikel 2.36 Aanbestedingswet 2012.
