BUas bereidt zich voor op de doorontwikkeling en uitbreiding van het huidige Customer Relations Management (CRM) systeem in MS-Dynamics. Het doel van deze opdracht is het administratieve proces te optimaliseren en uit te breiden met procesondersteuning. De focus van de initiele opdracht ligt op de basis inrichting en het stageproces. Aanbestedende dienst gaat uit van een geraamde totale opdrachtwaarde (inclusief optiejaren) van € 1.000.000,- excl. BTW.
