Description
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren van een Opdrachtnemer, die de collectie, distributie en de bezorging van buitenlandse koeriersdiensten, ten behoeve van de Opdrachtgever, op de economisch meest voordelige wijze kan verzorgen. Er wordt een Raamovereenkomst gesloten met één Opdrachtnemer voor de voor de (initiële) duur van 3 jaar met een eenzijdige optie tot verlenging met éénmaal één jaar.
