Hankinnan kohteena on henkilöstövuokrauspalvelu, jossa hankitaan henkilöstöä yleensä lyhytaikaisten ja akuuttien sijaisuuksien hoitoon ja ennalta arvaamattoman lyhytaikaisen työvoiman tarpeeseen pääosin ateria- ja puhtauspalveluissa. Kilpailutuksella tullaan valitsemaan kolme (3) toimittajaa, jotka asetetaan vertailun mukaiseen etusijajärjestykseen.
