Description
Joroisten kunta pyytää tarjouksia avoimen joukkoliikenteen täydentäjänä toimiviin oppilaskuljetuksiin Joroisten kunnassa lv 2024 -2025 ja lv 2025 – 2026 (+1+1). Oppilaskuljetuksella tarkoitetaan henkilöliikenneluvan tai joukkoliikenteen yhteisöluvan nojalla harjoitettavaa henkilöliikennettä, joka on säännöllistä ja jonka hoitaminen perustuu Joroisten kunnan kanssa tehtyyn palveluiden ostamista koskevaan sopimukseen. Tarjouspyyntö koskee koulupäivinä ajettavaa koulun ja kodin välistä linja- autoliikennettä reiteillä Kaitainen - Joroisten kirkonkylä ja Kerisalo - Joroisten kirkonkylä. Kuljetukset koskevat pääasiassa esikoululaisia sekä ala- ja yläkoululaisia, jotka ovat perusopetuslain 32§ perusteella oikeutettuja oppilaskuljetusten piiriin. Tarjouskilpailu on avoin kaikille joilla on joukkoliikennelupa tai henkilöliikennelupa. Joroisten kunnan koulukuljetukset järjestetään Keski-Savon koulukuljetusoppaassa määritellyn mukaisesti, liite 1.
