Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjousta hengityshalvauspotilaiden ympärivuorokautisten täysien 24/7 hoitorinkien järjestämisestä, sekä tuntiperusteisesta hengityshalvauspotilaan kotihoitoon liittyvistä lyhytaikaisista tarpeista.
