Description
Helen Sähköverkko Oy (jatkossa HSV tai Tilaaja) tuottaa sähköverkkopalveluita verkkoalueellaan. HSV huolehtii sähköliittymien verkkoon liittämisestä, sähkön siirrosta ja jakelusta sekä sähkönkulutuksen mittauksesta. Hankinta koski AMR4 Toteutusprojektin Mittalaitevaihtojen toteutusta vuosien 2026–2028 aikana sekä Tilaajan loppuasiakaslähtöisten uusasennusten toteutusta ja Mittalaitteiden logistiikan hallintaa vuodesta 2026 alkaen.
