Description

Bau von Versorgungsleitungen in Stahl schwarz vom Übergabepunkt im Areal bis zum Technikraum von Bau A - unterhalb TH2. Installation eines Wärmetauschers mit 130 kW und einem Heizungsverteiler mit drei Heizgruppen inkl. Druckhaltung mit Entgasung und automatischer Nachspeisung. Installation Heizungsnetz in Bau A im Bereich der Abhangdecken und im Fußbodenaufbau. Einbau Fußbodenheizung ca. 2.100 m² mit insgesamt 15 Heizkreisverteilern. Zu installieren sind Noppenplatten auf Trittschalldämmung inkl. Kunststoffrohrleitung. Installation von drei Kleinkälteanlagen. Ein Multisplitgerät mit 7 kW mit Innengeräten im EG und Außengerät auf dem Dach über OG02. Zwei Monoblockgeräte im OG02. Alle Kleinkälteanlagen zur Kühlung von Elektroräumen.
