Description
Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um einen Neubau eines Rathauses mit Tiefgarage, welches mittels Grundwasserwärmepumpe sowie einem Elektro-Kessel beheizt werden soll. Die Wärmepumpe mit ca. 45 kW Heizleistung ist für den Grundlastbetrieb, der Elektro Kessel mit ca. 21 kW ist für Spitzenlastabdeckung und Notbetrieb. Im Technikraum im UG befindet sich zusätzlich ein 1.000 Liter Pufferspeicher. Die Wärmepumpe dient im Sommer zusätzlich zur Temperierung des Gebäudes. Die Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt ausschließlich elektrisch über dezentrale Durchlauferhitzer. Das EG, 1. OG sowie 2. OG wird mittels Fußbodenheizung beheizt und temperiert.
