Für die Versorgungszentrale Süd reicht ein Aggregat mit einer Leistung von mindestens 2.000 KW, einer Vorlauftemperatur von 90 °C, einer Druckstufe zwischen 6 bar und 10 bar sowie einer Temperaturspreizung etwa 25 °C. Für das Stadtviertel Kreuzberg und das Stadtviertel Weinberg mit der Versorgungszentrale Weinberg wird ein Aggregat benötigt mit einer Leistung von mindestens 4.000 KW, einer Vorlauftemperatur von etwa 130 °C, einer Druckstufe von mindestens 16 bar und einer Temperaturspreizung von cirka 50 °C.
