L'objet de l'accord-cadre est de confier à un titulaire: - des prestations d'hébergement, exploitation, supervision des infrastructures de France compétences (lot n°1), - la distribution de licences éditeurs pour les besoins de France compétences (lot n°2) France compétences ne pouvant assurer la gestion de cette infrastructure, la mise à niveau des systèmes et les nécessaires mesures de sécurité, cette tâche est de même déléguée dans le cadre du présent accord-cadre.
