Description

The contracting authority sends out a draft of the requirement specifications and Democase. The background for this is that the contracting authority would like feedback/comments on the attached documents. Tenderers are given the opportunity to comment on extracts of the contracting authority ́s provisional requirement specifications and Democase for the procurement. It is possible to have a dialogue with the market in the planning phase of a tender. There is little room for alterations when the final tender documentation is published. Suppliers are therefore encouraged to use this opportunity to provide input on both the requirements and the demo case. The democase will be enclosed in a separate document. The contracting authority needs to procure a new and updated digital platform for case handling in the child protection service. Based on the ongoing education reform and changes to the Child Protection Act, there is a need for digitalisation, simplification, reporting, inhabitant dialogue and standardisation of work processes for the child protection service.
