Description

Background: FHI is now preparing phase 2 of data collection on young people's fertility in Norway. The objective is to map how reproductive health and fertility affect young people's health and risk for chronic illnesses, as well as to understand hereditaryness by studying fertility, genetic risk factors and familial risk. Description of the assignment: The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI) intends to enter into a 2.5 year contract with Spiren Fertility Clinic for the continuation of data collection and clinical examinations of women and men in the Trondheim area. The assignment involves gynaecological examinations, acquisition of clinical targets, manual sperm analyses in accordance with. WHO protocol, treatment of personal data, participant contact, coordination, management of biological material and data transfer to St. Olavs Hospital and the Mother, Father and Child Survey at FHI.
