Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Rahmenverträge über die Lieferung von Headsets. Die Leistung wird in 2 Lose aufgeteilt: * Los 1: Contact Center Headsets - Geräteklasse 1 (Passive noise cancelling) - Geräteklasse 2 (Active noise cancelling) * Los 2: Büro Headsets - Geräteklasse 3a (Active noise cancelling schnurlos) - Geräteklasse 3b (schnurlos, monaural) Innerhalb der Lose 1 und 2 müssen die jeweiligen Serviceobjekte vom gleichen Hersteller angeboten werden.
