Description
Tämän tarjouspyynnön (”Tarjouspyyntö”) kohteena oleva hankintasopimus (”Sopimus”) koskee perusopetuslain (628/1998) 32 §:n sekä Tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisia koulukuljetuksia Hausjärven kunnan peruskoulujen lukuvuosina 2026–2027 ja 2027–2028. Tilaajalla (Hausjärven kunta) on oikeus käyttää sopimuskauden päättyessä lukuvuoden 2028–2029 koulukuljetuksia koskeva optio Tarjouspyynnössä ja Sopimuksessa määrätyllä tavalla.
