Description
Für Sanierung und Umbau der Liegenschaft „Haus Breitling“ zum „Haus des Tourismus“ in Stuttgart sind in dem vorliegend ausgeschriebenen Gewerk „LaGaBau – Dach- und Fassadenbegrünung“ folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: Dachgarten ca. 370 m² mit o Abdichtungs- und Wasserleitarbeiten o Belagsarbeiten (Betonplatten) ca. 60 m² o Holzdeck o Pflatzgefässe Fassadenbegrünung in bauseitigen Trögen, Vegetationstechnische Arbeiten ca. 40 m² Pflanzenlieferung und Pflanzarbeiten für beides: Solitäre, Sträucher, Rankpflanzen, Stauden und Gräser, Zwiebelpflanzen Fertigstellungspflege Bewässerungstechnik Nähere Informationen sind dem beigefügten Leistungsverzeichnis nebst Anhängen (Anlage 2) zu entnehmen. Mit Abschluss des Vertrags kommt der als Anlage 3 beigefügte Vertrag zustande.
