BVO wil met deze marktconsulatie verschillende experts op telefonie gebied raadplegen om tot zo geïnformeerd mogelijke aanbestedingsstukken te komen. Met de opgedane kennis tijdens de marktconsultatie kan BVO in de aanbestedingsprocedure scherper formuleren wat precies onze vraag is ten aanzien van kantoortelefonie- en callcenter omgeving. Hierbij is het primaire doel om in dialoog met de markt tot de juiste aanbestedingsvraag te komen, waarbij een aantal relevante onderwerpen aan de orde zal komen. BVO is voornemens na deze marktconsultatie een aanbesteding in de markt te zetten voor kantoor en callcenter functionaliteit op basis van een SaaS-oplossing.
