Orimattilan Asunnot Oy kilpailuttaa kiinteistöjensä kiinteistöhuolto- ja siivouspalvelut. Tarjouksenantajan pitää antaa tarjouksensa tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti kiinteistönhuollon ja kiinteistösiivouksen sopimustöistä. Kiinteistöhuollon kilpailutus koskee 35 kohteen kiinteistöhuoltoa, joka toteutetaan aluehuoltomiesmallina, tarjouspyyntömateriaalissa ilmoitetun sopimusohjelman mukaisesti Kiinteistösiivouksen kilpailutus koskee 23 kohteen kiinteistösiivousta, joka toteutetaan tarjouspyyntömateriaalissa ilmoitetun sopimusohjelman mukaisesti
