Description
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer in order to cover the need that the university ́s library has for handling subscriptions of periodicals. USN reserves the right to enter into subscription agreements directly with publishers who do not accept intermediary or other subscriptions that the contract provider cannot offer.
