Description
Hambahaiguste profülaktika tarvikute ostmine raamlepingute alusel kehtivusega 24 kuud, võimalusega pikendada 12 kuuks. Hanke tulemusena sõlmitakse raamleping kuni kahe (2) pakkujaga iga osale, mille alusel materjale hangitakse vastavalt vajadusele (eeldatav materjali kogus on toodud hanke dokumentatsioonis). Hindamiskriteerium on ostukorvi madalaim hind. Pakkujatelt, kellega sõlmitakse leping, tellitakse kaupa vastavalt ostukorvis toodud ühikuhindadega, kus eelistatakse nende seast pakkujat, kelle materjali ühikuhind on odavam. Kui mingil põhjusel odavama ühikuhinnaga pakkuja ei suuda tarnida kaupa lepingus ettenähtud tähtajal, pöördub hankija järgmisele pakkujale.
