Hallenbad Planetenring Grundhafte Sanierung Das Bestandsgebäude verfügt über drei oberirdische Geschosse. Der Haupteingang liegt auf der nördlichen Seite am Herouville-St.-Clair-Platz. Im Bestand befinden sich mehrere Nutzungen - ein Hallenbad, ein Restaurant, ein Jugendzentrum, Seminarräume mit Sanitäranlagen und eine Hausmeisterwohnung. Das Restaurant wird zum Baubeginn geschlossen und die zugehörigen Räumlichkeiten werden als Teil des Hallenbades neu beplant. Die Räumlichkeiten des Jugendzentrums (EG, Achse 9-15), die Seminarräume (1. OG, Achse R-T'/12-15) und die Hausmeisterwohnung (2. OG, Achse P-T'/13-15) bleiben unverändert und sind nicht Bestandteil des Umbaus. Die Kegelbahn (EG, Achse 8-9) und die Sauna (1. OG, Achse B- P/10-15) werden außer Betrieb genommen und ihre Inneneinrichtungen zurückgebaut. Die Kegelbahn wird der Nutzungseinheit Jugendzentrum zugeordnet, bleibt aber nach dem Rückbau zunächst ohne Nutzung.
