Haapsalu linnastu tänavatel ja parklates tuleb teostada perioodil 15 november kuni 15 aprill lume- ja libedusetõrjet sh hanke tehnilises kirjelduses toodud mahus (hanke osa 1). Haapsalu linna maapiirkonna kohalikel teedel ja platsidel, avalikult kasutatavatel erateedel ja erateedel tuleb teostada perioodil 15 november kuni 15 aprill lumetõrjetöid. Libedusetõrjet teostatakse maapiirkonna teedel vastavalt vajadusele igakordse tellimise alusel (hanke osa 2).
