Bauabschnitt sind auszuführen: -Abbruch bestehender Flachdachaufbauten: ca. 1000 m2 -Aufstockung von 2 Stück StB-Treppenhauskernen -Errichtung eines Stahltragrostes: ca. 76 to Stahl -Errichtung von Stahlblech-Verbunddecken: ca. 1100 m2 -Errichtung der Stahlkonstruktion einer Dachtechnikzentrale: ca. 7,5 to Stahl Im 2. Bauabschnitt sind auszuführen: -Abbruch bestehender Flachdachaufbauten: ca. 1000 m2 -Aufstockung von 2 Stück StB-Treppenhauskernen -Errichtung eines Stahltragrostes: ca. 76 to Stahl -Errichtung von Stahlblech-Verbunddecken: ca. 1100 m2 -Einstöckiger Erweiterungsbau bestehend aus StB-Bodenplatte, StB-Stützen, StB-Wänden und StB-Dachdecke mit einer Grundfläche von ca. 175 m2
