Aftalen omfatter Vintertjeneste i form af glatførebekæmpelse og snerydning på veje, stier, fortove og pladser på Hospitalsbyens arealer samt følgeopgaver i forbindelse med Vintertjenesten. Omfanget fremgår af oversigtskortet Kontraktbilag 4. Ydelserne skal leveres i perioden 1. november til 30. april. Omfanget af Vintertjenesten kan løbende justeres i aftalens løbetid i takt med ændringerne i bygningsmassen i Hospitalsbyen og de tilhørende områder.
