Description
Für eine ca. 15.000 m² große Teilfläche des Altstandortes "Ehem. Strabag-Areal" in Soest (Gemarkung Soest, Flur 30, Flurstücke 254 und 299) ist eine ergänzende Sanierungsuntersuchung, Sanierungsplanung. Aufstellung eines Rückbau- und Entsorgungskonzeptes und anschließende Sanierung durchzuführen. Das Gelände wurde nach Aufgabe der früheren Nutzung als Walzwerk seit 1931 als Sportplatz genutzt. Aufgrund der vorhandenen Bodenbelastungen mit PAK und MKW ist eine Sanierung erforderlich, um das Gelände der geplanten neuen Nutzung zu Wohn- und Gewerbezwecken zuzuführen. Aufgrund einer konkreten Nutzungsabsicht soll die Sanierung bis Ende 2027 abgeschlossen sein.
