Als consulent van het serviceteam/brede toegangsteam van de gemeente Rijswijk sta jij inwoners te woord en help je hen op weg bij het oplossen van problemen die een zelfstandig en zelfredzaam leven in de weg staan. Om dit te bereiken vraag je breed uit, geef je informatie, advies en bied j ondersteuning óf zorg je dat de juiste hulp beschikbaar komt. 6 maanden, 32 uur per week. Met een optie tot verlenging met 2 x 3 maanden.
Award criteria
- Price — Maximaal uurtarief van € 90,- inclusief reiskosten woon-werkverkeer en Fee Flextender / exclusief btw (25 punten).
- Quality — Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als consulent Toegang binnen het Sociaal Domein (30 punten);
