Description
Das Gebäude wird durch eine Wärmepumpe 125kW beheizt und gekühlt, die ihre Energie aus einem Erdsondenfeld und Wärmetauschern bezieht. Eine Fußbodenheizung 2.200m² verteilt die Wärme im Gebäude und ermöglicht sowohl Heizen als auch Kühlen. Die Umschaltung zwischen den Betriebsarten erfolgt in der Technikzentrale. Das System umfasst drei Netze: Wasser/Glykol, Heizungsnetz und Kältenetz, die durch Wärmetauscher getrennt sind. Das Gebäude wird natürlich belüftet, wobei Luft/Wasser-Wärmetauscher in den Treppenhäusern für die Konditionierung der Zuluft und Fortluft sorgen. Die Wärmetauscher können je nach Jahreszeit und Bedarf der Wärmepumpe unterschiedliche Funktionen übernehmen.
