Für das Leistungsbild Projektsteuerung des Vorhabens Grundschule Heumaden sucht die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart nun im Rahmen eines VgV-Verfahrens ein geeignetes Büro. Die Baukosten des Mensagebäudes und die Sanierungskosten der Bestandsgebäude belaufen sich auf ca. 24,1 Mio. Euro netto (Kostengruppen 300 und 400). Die Baukosten für die TVH belaufen sich auf ca. 9,5 Mio. Euro netto (Kostengruppen 300 und 400).
